What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is as of 3 p.m., check-out is until 11 a.m.

Is an early check-in possible?

Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and will be charged at CHF 30 per hour. You are welcome to deposit your luggage free of charge at reception before check-in.

Is a late Check-in in the evening/ at night possible?

Yes, our reception is staffed around the clock - you can check in at any time.

Can I check-out later thank 11 am?

Regular check-out is until 11:00 am. Late check-out is possible - subject to availability - until 14:00 for CHF 30 per hour. After this time, an additional night will be charged.

What do I need to check in at Acasa Suites?

You will need an identity card and a credit card. You will also be asked for your postal and email address at check-in.

Can someone else check in on my behalf?

No, you need to be there personally.

Can I store my luggage at Acasa Suites before arrival or after departure?

Yes, we are happy to store your luggage free of charge at reception. However, long-term storage is not possible.

Does Acasa Suites offer Direct Booking benefits or discounts?

Yes, in addition to the best price guarantee, we offer one of the following three direct booking benefits:

a) Restaurant & Bar voucher (worth CHF 20)

b) Early check-in* from 1 pm or

c) Late check-out* until 1 pm

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, you need a credit card to guarantee your booking. If you do not have a credit card, please indicate this in your enquiry by email or telephone. We are happy to offer you the option of paying in advance by bank transfer.

What is your cancellation policy at Acasa Suites?

You can find all the details about our cancellation conditions in our terms and conditions. In principle, individual bookings with the flexible rate can be changed and cancelled up to 3 pm 1 day before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Reservations of 7 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival until 3 pm. Later cancellations, changes or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the first month's stay. From check-in, any cancellation or early departure will be charged at 100% of the full month.

With the prepaid rate there is no possibility of a refund from the time of booking.

In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation the following day from 11:00 am.

Does Acasa Suites offer group rates or discounts for long stays?

Yes, we offer group rates and long-term rent. Please contact stay@acasasuites.com.

What forms of payment do you accept at Acasa Suites?

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex, V-Pay, Diners, JCB, Union Pay. We accept cash in CHF and €.

Do I need to make a deposit at Acasa Suites?

Yes, a credit card authorisation (CHF 100/night, max. CHF 300) or a cash deposit is required on arrival.

For longstay rents of 2 months or more a deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due before arrival.

 

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

An environment fee of CHF 3.50 per guest per night applies.

Does the hotel offer payment by company?

Yes, company bookings with assumption of costs and invoice to company are possible on request.

Do you offer refunds for early departures?

The following regulations apply to no-shows:
With the flexible rate, the first night is charged at 100%.
For stays of 7 nights or more, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For non-refundable rates, the total amount will be charged in any case.
In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation from 11:00 a.m. on the following day.

Is there a car park at Acasa Suites?

Yes, there are paid and extra-wide parking spaces available in our underground car park as well as outdoor parking spaces in front of and next to the main entrance (CHF 29.- / 24h). No reservation necessary.

Are there e-charging stations for cars at Acasa Suites?

Yes, we have 6 charging stations (3 in the garage and 3 outside).

How do I get to Acasa Suites by public transport?

Zurich Oerlikon railway station is only a 5-minute walk away. From there, the airport and city centre can be reached in 5-10 minutes.

How far is the airport from Acasa Suites?

The airport is 8 minutes away from Acasa Suites by car. By train you can reach the airport in 5 minutes from Oerlikon railway station.

How far is Acasa Suites from the city centre?

The main railway station can be reached in 5 minutes from Oerlikon station.

In which part of Zurich is Acasa Suites located?

Acasa Suites is located in Oerlikon, a modern neighbourhood in the northern part of Zurich.

Does Acasa Suites offer an airport transfer service?

We do not offer a hotel transfer, but we can organise a taxi for you.

Is breakfast included in the price at Acasa Suites?

It depends on the rate booked. Breakfast can be added at any time for CHF 29 per person/day. Juices and hot drinks (coffee/tea) are included in the price.
We serve a high-quality breakfast buffet with various breads, pastries, meat & cheese, egg dishes, hot dishes, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, etc. We offer both gluten-free and lactose-free product options if required.

Is there free WiFi at Acasa Suites?

Yes, high-speed WiFi with 250 MBps is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Can I use streaming services at Acasa Suites?

Yes, all rooms have smart TVs with HDMI connection and access to Netflix & Co. via your own account.

Is there a workspace at Acasa Suites?

Yes, all rooms have a desk. There are also business booths in the lobby for general use.

Is there a laundry room at Acasa Suites?

Yes, there are two self-service laundry rooms with washing machine and dryer available for free use. Please book this service at the front office. Detergent is available from us for a fee or from the Denner shop next door. Alternatively, we also offer an external dry cleaning service for a fee.

Can I have post sent to the hotel for a long-term stay?

Yes, we accept your post and distribute it to you.

Is there an ironing station in the room?

Yes, ironing board and iron are available in every room at Acasa Suites.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating at Acasa Suites?

Yes, all rooms have the option of cooling or heating (depending on the season).

Is there room service at Acasa Suites?

No, we do not have room service. If you wish, you can order your food in the restaurant and take it to your room.

Is there a minibar and fridge in the hotel room?

Every guest room at Acasa Suites has a fridge. We do not have a minibar, but you can find drinks, snacks etc. for sale in our vending machine on the ground floor.

Are there rooms with a sofa bed at acasa Suites?

Depending on the room category, a sofa bed can be arranged (possible in Acasa Suites and Rooftop Suites).

Yes, all rooms at Acasa Suites have a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Does my room have a kitchen?

At Acasa Suites all room categories except the Classic King/Twin Room have a kitchenette (Studio Suite) or fully equipped kitchen (Acasa Suite & Rooftop Suite) with cooker, microwave, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils. All room categories have a kettle and coffee machine.

Are there rooms with a balcony at Acasa Suites?

Yes, some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Please indicate your request when booking - we will fulfil it depending on availability. The surcharge is CHF 30 per night and room.

How often is the room cleaned at Acasa Suites?

The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed linen is changed every three days. Cleaning can be reduced or customised on request.
Our Longstay Comfort rate from 7 nights includes weekly room cleaning.

Is there a bar at Acasa Suites?

Yes, our bar offers delicious drinks and snacks.

Is there a restaurant at Acasa Suites?

Yes, the Acasa restaurant offers modern Italian cuisine from Monday to Saturday.

Is there a luggage service at Acasa Suites?

We do not offer a luggage service. We provide our guests with a luggage trolley with which you can bring your luggage to your room.

Is there a gym at Acasa Suites?

Yes, the gym is open around the clock and is equipped with modern equipment.

Is there a sauna or steam bath at Acasa Suites?

Yes, our spa with sauna and steam bath is open daily. If you wish to use it outside of the opening hours (5 pm - 10 pm) please let the front office know (it takes 30 minutes to heat up).

Are massages offered at Acasa Suites?

Yes, massages by external therapists recognised by health insurance companies are available on request and by appointment.

Is there security staff on site or safes in the room?

There is no specific security staff, but there is someone from our team on site around the clock. Each guest room has a safe.

Is smoking allowed in the room at Acasa Suites?

No. The entire hotel is smoke-free. In the event of an offence, a special cleaning fee of at least CHF 250 will be charged.

Are there smoking areas at Acasa Suites?

Yes, there are ashtrays in front of the hotel and on the terrace.

Are there restaurants and shops nearby Acasa Suites?

Yes. There is a Denner shop (supermarket) right next to the hotel and a large Coop (supermarket) across the street. There is a pharmacy and other shops at Oerlikon railway station (5 min walk). Oerlikon also offers a wide range of restaurants and bars as well as a weekly market and various cultural events.

Is Acasa Suites located in a safe neighbourhood?

Yes, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

How far is Acasa Suites from Halle 622?

Halle 622 is just opposite and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

How far is Halle 550 from Acasa Suites?

Halle 550 is less than a 5-minute walk away.

How far is Acasa Suites from the Hallenstadion Zurich?

The Hallenstadion can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (alternatively you can take tram 11 from Oerlikon station: Total from Acasa Suites 12 minutes).

How far is Acasa Suites from the city centre?

From Oerlikon station (5 minutes on foot) you can reach Zurich main station in 7 minutes by S-Bahn. The city centre is 10 minutes away by car.

Are there family rooms at Acasa Suites?

Yes, the “Acasa Suite” room category is the perfect family room. It can be booked with a sofa bed and one bedroom for up to 4 people or with two bedrooms for up to 6 people. There is also enough space for a family in the Rooftop Suites (available with one or two bedrooms).

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

We are happy to provide you with a baby cot free of charge. Sofa beds are charged at CHF 50 per child per night and are available in the Acasa Suites and Rooftop Suites. We also have a few studio suites with sofa beds.

Does Acasa Suites offer babysitting or child-friendly extras?

We do not offer babysitting but children are very welcome at Acasa Suites. There are high chairs in the restaurant, we provide free baby cots and all children receive a small gift from us.

Are there rooms with a connecting door at Acasa Suites?

Yes, it is possible to book connecting rooms (subject to availability). The 2-Bedroom Acasa Suite is a Classic King or Twin Room and an Acasa Suite with connecting door. The 2-Bedroom Rooftop Suite is a Rooftop Suite with a Classic King or Twin Room including connecting door and its own small corridor.

Are pets allowed at Acasa Suites?

Yes, pets are welcome. There is a cleaning charge of CHF 35 per night and pet. Assistance dogs with proof stay with us free of charge.

Are pets allowed in the Restaiurant Acasa?

Well-behaved, quiet dogs on a lead are welcome in the restaurant.

Are there meeting rooms at Acasa Suites?

Can I print or scan something at Acasa Suites?

Smaller printouts can be made at the front office (CHF 0.50/A4).

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there are accessible rooms with adapted bathrooms, lifts and wide entrances. The public areas are barrier-free.

Are there disabled parking spaces?

Yes, extra-wide parking spaces are available in the underground car park near the lift. There is another extra-wide disabled car park next to the hotel entrance. The barrier-free car parks are marked accordingly.

Is Acasa Suites committed to sustainability?

At Acasa Suites we endeavour to operate sustainably and make environmentally conscious decisions wherever possible. We avoid plastic wherever we can. For example, we have plastic-free packaging for the vanity sets and slippers, offer refillable soap dispensers, wooden key cards and have implemented many other sustainable measures. We minimise waste in general. We are also committed to internal and external environmental projects with the Environment Fee and support sustainable environmental and social projects. Is there a 24-hour front desk or concierge service?

Yes, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. We have no spearat concierge service, however the front office team is happy to answer you questions.
